Norman R. Wright & Sons have built five of the cross-river ferries for the Brisbane City Council. We continue to service the vessels, keeping them in great condition for their daily public service.

This boat was the first boat that Norman Wright's built using fibreglass technology to its fullest. Furniture throughout the boat was built with honeycomb feather-lite panels and in combination with the fibreglass structure, resulted in a vessel both lightweight and extremely strong and durable.
We like to refer to this vessel as a classic style cruiser. "TERNA" was custom designed and built by us over a period of 8 months, then delivered to Norway for the owner
